We collect from your address. The driver records the real weight. The pickup is free.
Sort
Every bag is sorted to identify items suitable for reuse or recycling.
Reuse
Reusable items are given a second life — clothes for reuse and electronics for refurbishment or recycling.
Recycle
Remaining textiles and electronics are recycled responsibly to help reduce waste.
What we collect

Clothes
All sizes. Clothes must not be torn.
Shoes
Trainers, boots, sandals and slippers.
Textiles
Bedding, towels, curtains and other fabric.
Toys
Plush toys, dolls and similar.
Mixed items
A mix of the items above in one collection.
Small electronics
Phones, games and video equipment, with their cables.
Medium electronics
Monitors, printers and similar items, with their parts.
What we do not collect
Clothes must not be torn. Electronics must not be broken, and they must include their parts, including cables. The driver may refuse the collection if the items do not meet these conditions.
