By using https://www.reusehub.co.uk or sending a collection request, you agree to these terms. The same terms apply in the ReuseHub collection app.

The collection

ReuseHub collects clothes, shoes, textiles, toys, mixed items and small or medium electronics for free in Hull and East Yorkshire. The postcode must start with HU. You do not need a scale. The weight you choose is an estimate. The driver records the real weight at the door.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until ReuseHub accepts it. The time you choose is the window you asked for. Booking a driver from this website requires an account.

You do not pay for the pickup. The rates we pay are shown in your account and in the collection app. They are not published on the public pages of this website. We pay the weight the driver records.

What we do not collect

• Furniture
• Large white goods
• Televisions over 32 inches
• Hazardous waste
• Wet or mouldy textiles
• Torn clothes
• Broken electronics
• Electronics missing parts, including cables

Condition of the items

Clothes must not be torn. Electronics must not be broken, and they must include their parts, including cables.

The driver may refuse the collection if the items do not meet these conditions.

Your part

• Give a correct name, phone, email and address
• Only hand over items you are allowed to give away
• Make sure someone can meet the driver
• Do not include hazardous waste or prohibited items

The service is free

There is no charge for a collection we accept. We are not liable for indirect loss from using the website or from a collection, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Your account

You can create an account on this website or in the collection app. You can delete that account at any time while you are signed in. On this website, the control is in the booking section. In the app, it is on the account screen and in Settings. Deleting the account removes the sign-in and the collection requests saved to it. You can also email info@reusehub.co.uk and ask us to delete the account.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, including spam bookings, scraping or attempts to disrupt the service. Content on this website is for information about our collection service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
